On May 27, 2023, we introduced automatic loyalty discounts in our online store. Your discount percentage is based on the total sum of all your purchases and increases incrementally with your purchases. Our system also takes into account orders made before the implementation date.

No separate registration is required; all our customers are included!

Your loyalty membership activates with your first order made after the implementation date. You advance to a new loyalty level when you place an order that causes your purchases to exceed the next tier limit.

This is how your loyalty membership develops and your discount percentage grows:
Silver level - when your purchases exceed 1000€, your discount is 5%
Gold level - when your purchases exceed 2500€, your discount is 10%
Platinum level - when your purchases exceed 5000€, your discount is 15%

Loyalty discounts are only valid in the online store, not in the Riihimäki store.
